Northern Spiritlines designs are original works by Alaskan (non-Native) artists. Every design begins as an original hand-carving by our artist, who apprenticed for five years under a Master Carver from Hydaburg — but our products are not Alaska Native–made, and we never present them that way. We ask our retail partners to carry them with the same honesty:

What’s the minimum order?
Just 12 pieces per design to start, on in-stock inventory only. You can mix & match in-stock designs within a category to reach a better price tier — designs from both the Signature and Stateline™ collections count toward your tier.
Do prices improve with volume?
Yes. Wholesale pricing is tiered — your per-piece cost drops as you move from the 12-piece tier up to 24, 48, and 72+.
Can I combine different designs in one order?
Yes — mix and match any in-stock designs within a product category, across both the Signature and Stateline™ collections, and the combined quantity counts toward your tier. In-stock items only.
Do you offer location branding and/or co-branding services?
Yes — our Stateline™ collection offers custom geographic curation, so you can carry keepsakes branded for your town or region, and we offer co-branding as well. Contact us for details.
How should we describe the artwork in our shop?
Our designs are original works by Alaskan (non-Native) artists — please don’t label or market them as Alaska Native–made, and keep them merchandised separately from Native-made artwork. Free display cards with the artist’s story are available with any order.
Do you sell these products direct to consumers online?
No — the current wholesale line is exclusive to our stockists, so we never compete with your shop. Shoppers who ask are pointed to our partner retailers. We do have a separate retail program that is not part of the wholesale program — those items can be made available at wholesale with qualifying orders. Contact us for details.
How long does an order take?
Orders are picked, packed and ready within 3–5 business days on in-stock items, and 5–7 during peak season. We’ll let you know as soon as your order is ready for pickup, delivery or carrier collection. Items shipping directly from our overseas manufacturing partner carry longer lead times — we’ll confirm those before you order.
What if the design I want isn’t in stock?
Anything not in stock is made to order. Textiles — tea towels, aprons, oven mitts, hot pads, blankets, totes, pouches and socks — take 25–30 calendar days to produce. Ceramics, drinkware and acrylics take 10–15 calendar days. Freight is added on top: 25–30 days by ocean, or 10–15 calendar days by air. These are calendar days, not business days — our manufacturing partner runs weekends.
In practice, a made-to-order textile order arriving by ocean lands around 9–11 weeks out, and ceramics or drinkware around 7–8 weeks. On textiles the production run is the long pole, so air freight saves roughly two weeks rather than a month.
Air freight, including UPS and FedEx Express, is available on any order if you need it sooner. Heavy categories — ceramics, drinkware and blankets — may ship palletized depending on order size and the freight forwarder’s requirements; we confirm the method and quote before shipping. We’ll always tell you up front whether we can fill your order from stock, and confirm the timeline in writing before it’s finalized. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Where do you ship from?
We’re stocked in Anchorage, Alaska. In-state retailers get especially fast fill-ins so you can restock bestsellers quickly. Exclusions may apply — some items may ship directly from our overseas manufacturing partner when applicable.
Do you work with retailers outside Alaska?
Local delivery and our Alaska shipping credits are currently available within Alaska only. If you’re a retailer outside Alaska and interested in carrying the line, we’d love to hear from you — get in touch and we’ll go over pricing, shipping options and availability for your area.
How do I get wholesale pricing?
Request the wholesale price sheet using the form below, or email us directly. We’re not offering a printed catalog at this time — the full line is available in our online catalog. We do offer regional pricing, so let us know your location when you reach out and we’ll provide adjusted pricing for your region. Payment terms, lead times, and shipping details are shared along with your price sheet.
